YOELL® is a special series of jewelry handmade by HIV infected women in South Africa. These women are still often expelled from their community. The proceeds of the sales of this jewelry enables these women to support themselves.
To manufacture this jewelry MKI has set up workshops where these women work. The proceeds of YOELL® are divided among the workshops and MKI's training programs.
